We're made up of inner elements and influenced by outer elements. We can mix these and map these, just like their chemical counterparts.
Our lives are spent responding to changes in these elements, some reactive, some proactive.
Such change happens through time.
I am credentialed in the United Kingdom with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I work with adults, from 18-80+ My approach is primarily person-centred. This means that I will work to understand you and to provide a non-judgmental relationship where you feel able to explore your issues and feelings openly.
I am now based in the UK, but have spent most of my adult life living and working in various countries, so I am well placed to deal with multicultural challenges.
During a 30 year business career I led many teams, large and small, and my key focus throughout was talent development, helping people advance, personally and professionally. I had many hundreds of hours of training in top global professional services firms such as PwC and EY, which equipped me as a coach and mentor.
